Sorry 'bout this!

I'm really busy recently, and no-one seems to visit (I'm talkling to myself!), so I won't really be on this site much! I may add more pics before the BBC remove them from the official site when Series 5 ends, and maybe some coverage later on!

If I were you don't bother coming to the site much, if you want to REALLY go (as if that's gonna happen!) come at least once every 2 months or something!

One day, I may make another blog! Maybe one that'll last long! Who knows ;)

Ooh, and...

NOTICE: I'M AWAY FOR AROUND THE NEXT TWO WEEKS, SO WEEK 4 WILL BE A CATCH-UP, MAYBE EVEN WEEK 5 :(

Week 4 is about making a new cosmetic product. I love those, some people end up making ones that smell of SH*T!

I thought I might as well add Maj's (he should've stayed...) taxi ride (which they should've put on the episode, I like them... Week 1 Anita said that SAS- Sir Alan Sugar- will regret the decision 10 years time!) and exit interview!

Week 3: Overview

(OPINIONS ARE SPOILERS- IN WHITE)
I will stop doing the white text from now on, just don't read it! ;)

Synopsis:

After serving up lunches and canapes to hungry business professionals in last week's task, the candidates face another thorough workout in their third task as Sir Alan sets them the challenge to create a new piece of portable gym equipment.

The candidates must come up with a completely original product that tones and flexes muscles, and they must create a distinctive poster to promote their product's unique properties. Finally, they must demonstrate their pitching skills to three industry experts in the hope of securing orders. With just a couple of days to complete their task, who has the stamina to keep going, and who will fall at the first hurdle?

As ever, Nick and Margaret are there to keep a watchful eye on proceedings, and in the boardroom one more candidate finds themselves on the ropes as Sir Alan delivers the killer blow with the immortal words: 'You're Fired!'.

Opinion:
AGAIN, the wrong guy got fired. TWO WEEKS IN A ROW! I don't see how James made it, he said this week that he'll shove the critiscm fromlast week down the throats of the doubters (inc. me), and all he did was cock up! I do haveto admit Empire (the team that lost)'s product was better, but I guess no-one wants to buy it :(. Come on James, You know you're only here 'coz you makegood TV!

Week 3... in 40 mins!

Yay! Week 3 is less than an hour away! My money's on a project manager geeting fired this week! Or Ben... that 'Sex Sells' idea is just... I dunno, but if he cocks the task up it's gonna get him fired!

I also decided to put old polls at the bottom of the page, for reference! (NOTE: Only the people who have been brought back into the Boardroom are the options!)

Sorted... kinda

I've moved stuff around a bit, I put the archive at the bottom, removed the weather thing (who ACTUALLY needs that?) and put 'Followers' on the top- they deserve it!
All I need to put on the sidebar is a CBox? Help? Please?

Sorry!

Sorry guys, the YouTube vid thing didn't seem to work. I think I'm gonna have to change the site design or something...

P.S: At least I sorted out the whole main pic thing! I'm gonna edit the Tropic Thunder pic last post, its ridiculosly (damn can't even spell it) big.

Oh. My. God.

And I thought the James' pee thing was funny.
Check out this preview for Week 3, in which the task is to make and demonstrate (!) a new sporty product!

Can someone give me advice, such as adding html tools to the sidebar? I'm especially annoyed by this whole BBC iPlayer video thing obstructing bits of the sidebar, and why I can't make all the pics small!

I'd also like to mention a recent movie I saw, Tropic Thunder, which was ABSOLUTELY great! Here's the trailer:

Here's the synopsis:

Pampered action superstar Tugg Speedman (Ben Stiller) is cast in the biggest, most expensive war movie ever produced. He sets out to Southeast Asia with a "Who's Who" of celebrity co-stars. They include Kirk Lazarus (Robert Downey Jr.), an intense, three-time Oscar-winning actor; Jeff Portnoy (Jack Black), star of the popular gross-out comedy franchise "The Fatties"; multi-platinum hip-hop-star-turned-entrepreneur-turned-actor Alpa Chino (Brandon T. Jackson); and first-timer Kevin Sandusky (Jay Baruchel).
Soon after the production begins the actors are thrown into a real-life situation and are forced to become the fighting unit they're portraying, in order to find a way out of the jungle in one piece.

Looks good, eh? ;)

Okay...

Phew! I've done all the catching up!
So far, I've added a few stuff to the sidebar, but someone please email me (jbapprentice@googlemail.com) about adding widgets, (espc. hit counters and cbox's) via html codes! They will get a special mention!

Next week, the task will be for the teams ('Empire' and 'Ignite', initially the boys & girls team names) to create a new sport utility, then have to use them in front of buyers as well!

And here's a hilarious episode extra from the site, and probably the best there will be!:

Catchup: Week 2

(CONTAINS SPOILERS- IN WHITE)

Synopsis:
After a punishing first task, there is no let-up for the candidates, as Sir Alan challenges them to set up a catering service for busy professionals in the City of London. In tough economic times, the teams must agree a distinctive identity to stand out from the competition and win new customers.

They have to pitch for lunchtime business in top City firms, and create appetizing new menus for a prestigious canapé reception which must be executed to perfection. As well as sourcing the ingredients, the teams must make, deliver and serve all the food themselves. But with hungry mouths to feed and picky clients in tow, it is not long before things go wrong in the kitchen and in the boardroom.

As ever, Nick and Margaret are there to keep a watchful eye on proceedings, and in the boardroom one more candidate finds themselves on the ropes as Sir Alan delivers the killer blow with the immortal words: 'You're Fired!'.

Opinion:

The girls won this time, after a sloppy performance from week 1, but SAS (Sir Alan Sugar) fired the wrong man! They only kept James 'coz he's good for TV... :(

CatchUp: Week 1 and Quick Opinion

(CONTAINS SPOILERS)

Synopsis:
In their first boardroom meeting, Sir Alan leaves the fresh-faced candidates under no illusions about how tough the next 12 weeks will be, with a no-holds-barred introduction to the job interview from hell.

With no time for respite, the hard work starts immediately, as the immaculately dressed candidates are given a bucket and sponge and told to make as much money as possible by starting up a cleaning company. With just eight hours to turn a profit, both teams have to roll up their tailored sleeves and get stuck in.

Under the watchful eyes of Sir Alan's aides, Nick Hewer and Margaret Mountford, the teams must decide where to go, what to clean and how much to charge. With highly competitive candidates all desperate to prove their worth, it is not long before tensions rise and tempers flare. Chaos ensues as the boys and girls compete against the clock to avoid a showdown with the boss, Sir Alan Sugar.

The winning team gets to check out their new home, a luxury penthouse suite with more than 10,000 square feet of modern living space, while the losers are left to battle it out in the boardroom. In the end, someone will be in the firing line. Who will be the first to hear the infamous words 'You're fired'?

Opinion:

This week was the first one, hard to judge, but very good as usual. I preferred last year's candidates, but who am I to say? ;)

I cannot put on the full episode, so here's the catch-up clip!:
